ApexFlightFares acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and consolidators. Therefore, all refund requests are subject to the policies of these third-party suppliers. The final decision on any refund rests solely with the airline or the respective supplier.
2. Cancellation and Refund Requests

3. Refund Eligibility
- Refundable Tickets: If you have purchased a "refundable" ticket, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the airline's fare rules.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Most airline tickets, especially discounted fares, are 100% non-refundable.
- No-Show: If a passenger does not show up for their scheduled flight (a "no-show"), the ticket is forfeited.

All service fees charged by ApexFlightFares are non-refundable.
